PHAREX’s humble beginnings can be traced back to 1973. It first started as a subsidiary of Pascual Laboratories as the company’s exclusive marketing, sales, and distribution arm until 1978, when it was tasked to market and distribute generic products. During the same year, Pascual Laboratories appointed Metro Drug to be its exclusive brand distributor. This decision proved to be auspicious due to the enforcement of the Generics Act of 1988. Many successful years followed, and in 2016, PHAREX was acquired by RiteMED Inc.Your Health
